We are delighted to welcome Navya Dhir to Retina International as our Membership Engagement Coordinator!
Navya brings a strong background in member communications and community engagement. She has experience working closely with international member communities, developing initiatives that help people connect, collaborate, and take part in meaningful ways. Her work across Ireland and India, combined with her MSc in Marketing from Trinity College Dublin, reflects both her professionalism and her commitment to inclusive engagement.
As our Communications work ramps up to support a major redevelopment of the RI website, Navya will serve as the primary point of contact for all RI membership-related queries, ensuring members receive timely and consistent support throughout this period, and beyond.
