What Our Members Do

Support people and families

Member organisations provide information, guidance and opportunities for people affected by retinal conditions to connect with others who understand their experiences. Many also help individuals and families navigate diagnosis, daily life and changes in vision.

Raise awareness and improve understanding

Through education, outreach and awareness activities, members help increase understanding of retinal conditions and the challenges faced by people living with them.

Advance research and innovation

Members help bring the patient perspective into research by highlighting community priorities, encouraging participation and supporting approaches that reflect the real-life needs of people affected by retinal conditions.
