I pledge that, if elected to the European Parliament, I will:

Act for people living with AMD and their caregivers by supporting the Retina Action Coalition’s campaign to make AMD – the leading cause of blindness in Europe – a European public health priority, and take specific actions in the following three priority areas, as outlined in the Retina Action Manifesto:

• Early detection of AMD and access to treatments and rehabilitation services

• Research and innovation for AMD

• Mental health needs of people living with AMD and their caregivers
